UNFRAMED Only 50 Available – Never to Be Reprinted
This year’s Bath Boules tournament celebrated the theme Ooh La L’art, and Bath Artists’ Studios was proud to bring the art to the boules pitch. Specially created for the event, this design imagines the Roman goddess Minerva Sulis stepping out of the museum for a well-deserved day of play and... a little mischief.
Minerva Boulis combines the elegance of Bath’s ancient history with the charm of French culture. 
 
This super-limited edition of just 50 hand-printed lino prints is inked in a striking, rich Obsidian  Black, chosen for its bold presence and timeless quality. Each print is signed, numbered, and dated in Roman numerals to mark this year’s Bath Boules. Because of this date, the design will never be produced again.
 
The tournament winners received a version printed in a bespoke shade of Mars Black Vermilion - a custom black mixed with deep red to signify their victory.
